As a Messenger, my greatest joy is sharing information that empowers you to take your next step! Sometimes all you need is a gentle nudge in the right direction and a reminder that you DO know what to do. And other times we all need a good swift kick in one of our ass-pects – with love of course to help move some stuck energy! Learning to tell the truth about our lives always takes courage and a safe space to be who we really are. All feelings are welcome! My favourite definition of a healer is “someone who creates a safe space for you to heal yourself.” I work by being very present, asking the right questions and sharing the intuitive guidance that “comes” to me. I really don’t believe in processing or healing modalities anymore but incorporate the power of the breath, acceptance and compassion to allow shifts to happen. In the present moment, magic happens!

If you want pieces of paper I have ‘em – in spades. But do you care? I graduated from Coach U over a decade ago before coaching became the latest weekend diploma. However I’ve tossed most of that material in the recycling bin since most coaching is about becoming a “bigger, better, fatter, greener” caterpillar than going through the pain dying to your old self and transforming into a butterfly with brand new DNA! I call it your “Divinity Now Awakening”.
I am also certified as an Overlight Facilitator in Spiritual Psychology though the Lightworker organization.
I have hosted and studied with Dr. Norma Delaney and Garret Annofsky and am a New Breath Teachertm, committed to using the compassionate breath to facilitate both my own integration and assisting others with integrating their divine essence. I am also ordained as a Minister and Certified Spiritual Healer through Norma’s church of SHES - International Assembly of Spiritual Healers and Earth Stewards.
However the stuff that I’m most passionate about and has served me best in my life and work to date are the New Energy teachings of the Crimson Circle. Over the last eight years I have trained and been certified as a Teacher in several of their Advanced Studies including Dreamwalker Ascension, The Sexual Energies School, Aspectology, Discovering Your Passion and New Energy Synchrotize. As well I have completed the Birth and Death Dreamwalker Transitions programs. I am also now a Mentor Teacher of other teachers here in Canada which is way cool!
